WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Aroma Designs makes every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.  Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Occasionally we may choose a different carrier.

 

HOW ARE SHIPPING RATES DETERMINED?

Our shipping rates are determined by the weight of your order. We charge $4.99 for the first pound and $1.25 for each additional pound

 

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR AROMA DESIGNS DIFFUSER?

Aroma Designs offers a one year guarantee on all of their diffusers. If you have any problems, please contact Customer Service at info@aromadesigns.net

WHAT TYPES OF OIL STORAGE OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We have 3 different types of oil storage options.  

We offer wooden storage boxes for your essential oils.  We have boxes that hold as little as 21 oils or as many as 74.

We also offer keychain kits that make traveling with oils easy.  We offer a few different designs and colors.

Lastly, we offer travel bags which are smaller than wooden boxes, but bigger than the keychains.  The travel bags hold up to 10 standard essential oil vials and also comes in a variety of colors and styles.

 

HOW MUCH WILL I OWE IN TAXES?

As soon as you add your items to the Cart and begin the checkout process, your tax amount will automatically populate as soon as you enter your shipping address on the first page of the Checkout process.  It will appear right above your Total amount.

 

HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE OR UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE NEWSLETTER?

If you would like to subscribe, scroll to the bottom of the homepage and enter your email in the open box underneath “Newsletter.”  After you add your email address, select the Sign Up button. A Thank You message will appear for confirmation.

If you would like to unsubscribe, please send an email to info@aromadesigns.net and we will remove your email address from the Newsletter list.  

 

HOW DO I RECEIVE ORDER STATUS UPDATES?

After you complete your order, you have the option to add a phone number or email to receive shipping updates.  

 

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and more).

 

HOW DO I REDEEM A COUPON/PROMO CODE?

Follow the below steps to redeem a coupon/promo code:

  1. Pick your items
  2. Add to Cart
  3. Select Check Out
  4. There is an open text box to insert a coupon/promo code above the Subtotal and Shipping prices.  Enter the coupon/promo code and press Apply.
  5. The discounted amount will appear and automatically adjust your Subtotal and Total.

HOW DO I REDEEM GIFT CARDS OR GIFT CERTIFICATES? 

Gift certificates are redeemed the same way as coupon/promo codes are redeemed.  Please see the step-by-step process in the above question “How do I redeem a coupon/promo code.”

 

CAN I USE TWO DISCOUNT CODES AT ONCE?

Sorry, customers can only use one discount code at a time.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact Aroma Designs as soon as possible as we try to process orders within the first two businesses days.  You can email our team at info@aromadesigns.net.

 

WHERE CAN I GET COUPONS? 

You can sign up for our email Newsletter where we send out occasional sales, promotions or coupons.  You can sign up with our Newsletter at the bottom of our homepage. See the question “How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter?” for help on how to subscribe.  

 

IS IT SAFE TO PUT ESSENTIAL OILS IN PLASTIC BOTTLES?

Generally, it is not recommended to store undiluted essential oils in plastic bottles or plastic containers of any sort.  Some constituents in certain essential oils can break down certain types of plastic at high concentrations. This could compromise the oil and possibly cause leakage.  

 

WHY ARE MY ROLLER BALLS FALLS OUT OR WON'T ROLL?

The roller balls are manufactured in bulk and can vary slightly in sizes.  This margin is very minimal, but can result in the roller balls being too tight for the bottles or too loose.  If the roller balls are too tight, you can try to manually move them with your thumb at first to help loosen it a bit.  Once the roller balls have been lubricated and moved, you will begin to notice that they will roll easier. If the roller balls are too loose, please refer to our Return and Refund policy.  

 

HOW MANY DROPS OF OIL CAN FIT IN A 15 ML BOTTLE?

Approximately 275-300 drops of essential oil can fit in a 15 ml bottle.
